Great support from the Service Dept. Wednesday. The winch cable on my ATV snapped and Mark and the guys in the Service Dept. were able to make time to get me in and taken care of in a couple hours. Oh, and there was a foot of snow outside so they were short staffed. Thanks RMCP! You guys kick a$$.
Paul Madden, Manitou Springs, COLORADO -
We came in October of last year and narrowed down the UTV we wanted with our salesperson Buddy. He got our Polaris on order along with our accessories. The Polaris arrived early which was a pleasant surprise. Some of the aftermarket parts were a poor fitment, so Buddy was able to get the labor waived and a replacement part ordered. From beginning to end we had such a wonderful experience! If you are looking for a fair, patient and knowledgeable experience; Go see Buddy at Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza!

Zach was my salesman, answered all my questions with his vast knowledge, even suggested options that I didn't consider in safety. Made me feel that I made the right decision with the Polaris machine I purchased. I was then sent to Courtney in Finance, I really don't know where to start. Paperwork was painless, understanding of what I was signing was clear and understandable. Made sure when I left I understood everything. I cant thank these 2 enough, THANK YOU
I think we found a great Family at RMCP! I'm sure we will be back..........Chris Love, SnowFlake, AZ -
Between Steve and Sarge, they really took care of me after a previous purchase that turned sour. I'm super happy about my 2022 570 and recommend everyone I know to go to RMCP.
Chris OConnor, Elbert, COLORADO -
My salesman Zach did a great job reaching out to me very fast, and kept me in the loop. Even buying from out of state it was very easy and I couldnt be happier.
Dylann Ebarb, Duluth, MN -
Sarge was very accommodating to work with and made the whole process extremely easy! It was worth the 9 hour drive, and next bike we will definitely be contacting Sarge again! Thanks for the excellent service!

We wish we could give Jessie and Courtney 10*s each! Jessie is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and knows when to give customers space and time. He is constantly multitasking but never leaves his customers drumming their fingers waiting on him. His customer instincts are spot-on. Courtney is also the ultimate professional, efficiently and effectively juggling several customers needs, all the while maintaining her positive attitude, friendliness, and quick smile. The transitions between sales, financing, and closing the sale were seamless with Jessies and Courtneys years of experience of working together. While we are new to the world of ATVs and Polaris, we have no doubt that Jessie and Courtney will continue to be there for us with any questions or concerns, even after the sale.
While we were tempted to give the accessories dept. 4*s because some common accessories need to be ordered, we decided it was more a Covid-19 issue that parts are in short supply than a deficiency of the dept. As with every other interaction we had at RMCP, Ryan
was courteous, helpful, and gave us excellent suggestions. Overall, everyone at RMCP seemed appreciative of our business and concerned that we were fully satisfied. What a wonderful experience!-Anonymous -

Just purchased a 2020 Yamaha Kodiak 450 today. Had been in the store 2 previous times looking at ATV's. Talked to Mike Bowers and Jessie. On the third visit Mike and I finalized the deal. There was no pressure but they were willing to visit and give answers to any questions. They had the ATV ready to go after the paperwork was done. While waiting I also had a great visit with Steve. All very friendly and personable. Best experience I had shopping for an ATV. I would recommend anyone looking for a product they sell to stop and visit with them. Good people!

I have purchases several motorcycles and atv's from Rocky Mountain over the years and I always receive 5 star service. Last week I referred my friend Joe and Mike Geiger treated him like family while setting him up with the right Polaris Ranger to suit his needs. Thanks Mike and Steve

Mike helped my wife and I when we arrived to look at a new bike. I had contacted him the day before about coming in for a test ride and he immediately remembered us when another sales rep mentioned the bike we were looking at which I was surprised to hear. He was very accommodating and made the experience very easy for us. There were some minor things with the bike that I asked if they could take care of before we bought it and Mike worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. Additionally, he brought Nathan, with their finance department, into the mix who helped us secure a loan with almost half the interest rate of what we were pre-approved for. Lastly, Mike let me temporarily borrow on of their helmets to use until mine arrived since it was delayed in the mail. Overall I haven't ever felt more confident buying a new vehicle and it was the easiest and most stress free experience I've had so far. Thanks Mike and Nathan.

We moved to Colorado Springs 2 years ago. I was looking for a local Dealership that would help support my sons racing efforts with a discount on parts and service. I Had always known of RMCP and see a lot of offroad racers sporting the RMCP graphics at the races. RMCP looks like a great place for that!

This is my first ATV purchase. I did an extensive research regarding ATV dealers from Pueblo (not this store's Pueblo branch) to Denver. My wife and I decided to go with this store for many reasons: #1 Customer Service, Jesse is a true professional. He took the time to explain the machines and ensure all my questions were answer; #2 At no time there was any pressure on us and at the end we received a great deal; #3 The finance department was equally professional and effective. Our experience with Jesse and the rest of the team at rocky mountain cycle plaza was so amazing that my wife and I are returning to purchase her ATV. My recommendation, do your research and I am certain you will end buying from the best at rocky mountain cycle plaza.

I just picked up my third, new YZ250X, today, and the process could not have been easier. Dennis Saunders has been extremely easy to deal with, is ALWAYS very responsive, and made all three purchases a real pleasure.Jake in Finance made the paperwork as quick and easy as it possibly can be and had me out the door in just a few minutes. If you've ever purchased any type of vehicle at any other dealer, you will truly be SHOCKED at how quick and easy it can actually be.The bike was clean and well prepped and ready for me before I arrived.Thank you all; I'm an extremely happy customer and will be back when it's time for bike number 4!Mike in Colorado

We were recently traveling through Colorado on a 14 day trip when on the 4 day I began having trouble with my 2003 Honda GW starting. I searched for dealers in the area and found Rocky Mountain Cycles. I got there early and found them to be very busy. I spoke to Frank Cowgill in service and told him my situation. They got right on it and thanks to Brian Houston, Technician, had us back on the road in a little over an hour. As it turned out, they had to tighten the battery cables and lube the starter button. I realize they could have taken advantage of the situation, as some wouldve done to a traveler, but they did not. They were very honest and helpful in getting us back to our travels quickly. I just want to say thank you Rocky Mountain Cycles for taking care of me and my wife and getting us back on the road to enjoy the remainder of our trip to your beautiful state. We cannot wait to come back...hopefully, we won't need your assistance, but we know where to come if we do. Again, thank you for your honesty and great service.

Absolutely the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had in all my 47 years on this rock called Earth. Jesse Conrad knows how to work with customers without pressure but with complete professionalism. It was like talking to a friend of many years within a few minutes after meeting him. Once I decided to pull the trigger on my trade, they had me on my new ride in less than an hour. I will be a repeat customer and will definitely be utilizing the service dept. Great place to invest in fun!

Outstanding sales experience, I shopped on line using Rocky Mtn Cycles web sight and was contacted the next business day by Ron Petica. Ron and I narrowed my search down to a 2005 Honda VTX1300S/R VTX. I drove over to Rocky Mtn Cycles and Ron had the Honda ready for a test drive, after the test drive, Ron agreed to get some cosmetic changes to the cycle, we agreed on the price and closed the deal, it is an outstanding used motorcycle. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza for your new or used cycle.

Todd who is a salesman at the Colorado Springs location is very professional. Todd is an honest salesman who is more concerned about the buyer and their safety and happiness rather than just making a sale. Thank you Todd for your excellent customer service!

"I am writing to you today to thank your service team, specifically Blake for outstanding customer service. I have been having intermittent failures with my 2015 Sportsman 1000. While trail riding, the bike would intermittently shut down a few times a day and more recently, about every 10 minutes. I took the machine to your shop around September 2nd. Due to the nature of the intermittent failure, your team was not able to reproduce the problem. Blake even took the bike to his mountain property (with my permission) to try to replicate the problem in a more realistic environment. Unfortunately, the problem was not reproducible, but Blake and the team suspected the fuel pump to be the issue. With some arm twisting on Polaris, they approved the fuel pump replacement, however, it was backordered with no ETA, They did have a fuel pump/fuel tank available, but it would take over a week to ship. Throughout the 3 week period, Blake kept me informed of the status of my bike, and he was sensitive to the fact that the ATV club I am a member of was having their final year end campout on September 24th. Realizing that I would not have my bike back by that time, Blake took the extreme step of getting permission from Rocky mountain management, and Polaris to remove a pump and tank from a new Polaris in your inventory in order to have my bike ready. What is even more impressive, is Blake make all these arrangements without any pushing from me. He knew I wanted my bike back, and he made all the arrangements before he called me. I have never had such a good service experience from any service company. I accept that machines breakdown, and in fact, my bike may still have problems, but the extra step that Blake and the team made to get me back on the trail is outstanding. I am an active member in the Colorado Quad Runners ATV Club, I will make sure that this service experience gets shared with the entire membership. "

Everyone at Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza was helpful and great to work with! They were fast and didn't make us go through the pressure or rush you usually get when buying a new vehicle or motorcycle. Jesse and his sales team are the best and I would strongly recommend them to all of my family and I look forward to going back on our next purchase.

Overall great experience. I have purchased quite a few machines from RMCP over the years. I have never had a problem. Just picked up my 2015 RZR 1000 and was happy with the purchase. Most of the sale reps are great and ended up with a great deal. I am no looking for a RZR for the wife. Will buy again from them but will try another sales rep. Not a bad rep but knowledge of machines lacks.

"We were at the ATV Historic Color Tour in Buena Vista when my ATV started acting up. We called a couple of shops but they could not even look at it until the next week. We called Rocky Mountain and they said they would get us in right away. They were trying to find the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival, were able to figure it out and fix it within an hour or so. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the staff at Rocky Mountain for getting me back on the trail and enjoying our vacation!!"

"This was the most painless vehicle purchase I have ever made. I walked in and asked Jesse about the 2 Hayabusas (Used) they had on the floor. He answered every question I had, knocked a little money off the top and the deal was done in 10 minutes. When I picked up the bike the next day he even gave me the rear cowling they had in the shop that wasn't part of the original deal. All the staff was polite and willing to answer questions. I only leave reviews for extremely bad service or good service. I am happy to have had a good one this time. Thanks"

"I visited the Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza and had Jesse as my salesman. They dude really knew his stuff, was completely honest with me, as I was torn between buying a Harley or trying out a Victory. Jesse helped me purchase my first bike and it was a Victory Highball. He made the process really easy for me and I would highly recommend this store, and most certainly this salesman. Thank you Rocky Mountain cycle Plaza for a great experience!"

"Jesse made the deal happen. As a female rider, it is difficult to find a sales person willing to straight-talk me through the transaction. Jesse treated me like he would treat a member of his own family. He provided me with sound knowledge about each bike and helped me navigate through the bike styles, performance, and price that most suited my needs. I will always recommend Rocky Mountain Cycle and Jesse!"

I live in Pueblo County and have had some work done on my Ranger by Hymark Motor Sports in Pueblo West in the past. They charged me over $800.00 and never fixed my problem. I came to Rocky Mountain in Springs and they were able to fix my problem for $68.00. I recently started having different problems with the same Ranger and took it back to Rocky Mountain in Springs. I was thinking it would cost several hundred dollars to fix the problem and again the service dept found a bad o-ring and fixed it for $68.00. If I would have taken this machine to Hymark for this same problem they would have lied and charged me several hundred dollars. My hats off to your service department and when the time comes I will be buying more machines from you and will do everything in my power to keep people out of Hymark and direct them to you.. Thanks again.

"On a recent 10 day 4K mile bike trip; I experienced a rear tire failure just outside Salida. I ended up using 5 plugs before getting to Pueblo, which was the closest area with dealerships that stocked and were capable of handling a tire change on my Kawasaki Concours 1400. I managed to get to the dealership on Friday night, 5 minutes before closing. The staff were so nice and the deal on new tires was so good; I replaced both front and back. The Service dept helped me find a campground close to the dealership and set me up with the first appointment the next morning (Saturday). I was able to continue my trip 2 hours after bringing my bike in. I was very happy with the overall experience. If I lived closer than San Diego, I would have all my work done at this dealership. I have always bought my tires online because you can normally purchase them cheaper; but I would encourage anyone in the area of Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza to give them a try first; they have excellent prices on tires. Thanks again and cheers, Scott Parish, San Diego, Ca"

I recently broke down on a trip hundreds of miles from home your dealer ship was the closest one i could get my vstar repaired. Mike bowers and his staff provided me with outstanding service and had me back on the road in a minimum amount of time with lowest possible cost. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service to their bikes. Thanks for everything Randolph Kimble

"I just took a motorcycle class and was looking for my first bike. My husband recommended looking at RMCP and I'm so glad he did. I had a couple of bikes in mind, but Dennis, the salesperson, showed me a Yamaha 1100 V-Star (was not looking for anything "that big") and I fell in love. He did not pressure me in any way, but simply discussed what I should be looking for, even showing me a great tip on how to get a bigger bike up and off the kickstand, and left me to 'try on' as many bikes as I needed. I went back a few days later, after trying out a couple of other dealerships, and purchased the Yamaha. They made it a very smooth and friendly experience. When I went back to pick it up, the mechanics noticed the back tire needed to be replaced. This is not something I would have known, being a novice rider. They took it off and discovered a nail in it! Thank goodness they were paying attention, as I had a two hour trip to get the bike home and can't imagine what might have happened. Kudos to sales and service and I am now a customer for life. Thanks, guys."
Barbara , Arriba, CO -
"Was so excited to tell you about my experience at the dealership, I forgot to tell you about the bike! I love it!!! It rides great. Dennis was correct to steer me in the direction of this bigger-than-I-thought-I-could-ride Yamaha. It shifts soooo smooth and the balance and weight is wonderful. This is not just a starter bike, it will be my only bike for many years to come. Thanks for your expertise, Dennis."
Barbara , Arriba, CO -
"This was the most fun experience, at any kind of automotive type dealer, and the staff is exemplary! I felt like I really mattered, that my choice mattered, and that I was fusing a relationship that will help ensure the longevity of my motorcycle experience. I purchased a V Star 1100, 2005 model, and it's awesome!"

"Would not go anyplace else to buy or repair my Victory. Everyone here from Steve on down bends over backward to help you out & make sure you are happy. I bought my first Victory here in 2001 & in 13 years I have never had a problem RMCP could not or would not try & fix. RMCP knows the customer IS their business & they do not let you forget that. Customer service is their #1 priority & it shows in all they do. Their Victory mechanic, Danny, rates a 10+. He is that good & takes pride in his work. This is customer service as it should be. Treat the customer like family & they will never want to go anyplace else. "

"I am a 60 year old rider with LOTS of experience with dealerships - some good...some not so good. This is the very best dealership that I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Service Manager Mike Bowers and his team went out of their way to fix my bike in the absolute minimum of time. I was traveling from Fl on an extended trip thru Az, Ut & Co when my KPASS system on my Concours14 stopped working. These guys picked me and my doorstop up, analyzed the problems, contacted Kawasaki & had a replacement part (factory defect) overnighted and I was on my way by 11:00 AM the next day. Unbelievable!!! I was expecting a week of downtime but these guys did EVERYTHING they could to help a traveler in need. Bottom line.. fixing the bike was great but the real takeaway from this was the honest feeling of concern and desire to aid a person (not just a customer) in need that these guys gave me. Congratulations to a company that lives their mission statement!"

I had a great buying experience with Brandon. I am really happy with my Goldwing and will come down from Denver because I got treated as nicely as I could ever expect.
David , Centennial, CO -
I was sitting outside the Pueblo dealership today around 4:30 when a guy on a Goldwing rode in. I could tell he was on a tour and figured he had some problem. Turned out he had a bad valve stem which needed replaced so he could head to Tulsa. Mike got him right in to service and in the time I had supper with the rider the bike was fixed. This isn't the first time I've seen them help out a rider just passing through. They always give the same excellent service they give me. Gary Thaller

"I went looking for a quad to buy....maybe a 250 or something.I looked 4 about 3 weeks, shopping the website of RMCP and a few others as well.Casey & Kyle @ the Pueblo, CO store helped me 2 decide which one was suited 4 me... and what were my purposes of getting it and what it was going to be used 4. After it was all said and done...I decided 2 get the Kawasaki Prairie 360. I went to 2 other places and did not get the kind of treatment and respect. that I recieved from Rockymntcycleplaza and they didn't pressure me into any quick decision making either. I will be a loyal customer of Rockymtncycleplaza from now on. :-)"

"I would like to say Thank You to the Service Department, specifically Carli Conrad (Service Adviser) and the Mechanic (Sorry, did not get his name) that installed the new accessories on my 2006 Gold wing. I have recently returned to Colorado after being laid off in 2005, I am a temporary resident of Colorado Springs and will move back home to Castle Rock in August of 09. Due to the outstanding service, I received from RMCP I will continue to come back for all my service needs. If I cannot ride, the bike in, I will trailer it the 44 miles from CR, or any were else if necessary. In todays market, we have to shop around and be smart about our purchases. Accessories for Gold wings and any bike for that matter can be very pricy. I bought my accessories on line and then shopped your competitors for reasonable installation. The attitude of the Service Dept. and cost associated with the work I had done was outstanding. I paid what I was quoted and I did not get nickel and dimed for the little things. After dropping of the bike on Wednesday evening for work on Thursday, we walked around the show room. The Sales people were very friendly and not pushy in any way. Mark was a talker, but he was just visiting and sharing information not pushing a sale, as we were not looking to bye. We need new Helmets and although you selection of Helmets is extensive, we didnt find anything we particularly liked but got some color ideas from some we looked at. Again thank you for the great rates, great attitudes, and all around customer service. "
Roy , Castle Rock, CO -
"I have purchased 2 bikes from Rocky Mountain... both experiences were fantastic. Bob Leeke's knowledge, professionalism, and ability to hear"" customer needs far exceeds any other sales support efforts I have observed in the last 2 decades. Even after the sale was complete, he listens to modification conversations, offers advice and outside points of contact, and basically, continues adding to my overall customer experience with Rocky. The service staff and accerssories/parts staff also add to this overall experience... greeting me by name and assisting with any and all questions and problems! Any future bike I purchase WILL be from Rocky, and all futre service needs will be Rocky as well. Thanks to all for making all aspects of biking fun again!"""

I was recently planning a 1300 mile trip through Utah when the rear-end of my Yamaha Venture started making noises three days before the group's planned departure. Rocky Mtn Cycle Plaza's service shop got my Yamaha in right away (the other dealer said I would have to wait 3 weeks) and solved the problem in time for my trip. Great attitude accompanied their service. Thanks RMCP.

"I bought 2 Yamaha Majesties back in April for my wife and I and then a month later, I got a Burgman 650 for me and a Yamaha V-Star for my wife. We dealt with Mike in Pueblo. The sales and finance all went smoothly without any pressure. Mike is very knowledgable about the bikes and we found they performed just as he said they would. Sometimes the best sale is the one not made. I was considering a Yamaha Royal Star before I was really ready for it. Mike said he'd rather see me on a smaller bike for awhile. When I'm ready, he will get the sale. Service has been great. Mike did warn us it takes a week or so to get in during the busy summer months, to it pays to plan ahead. There are some great bikes on sale in the Pueblo store now. (I haven't been to the Colorado Springs store.) Prices on a few 2008 bikes are reduced. There is a really great deal on a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 if that's your style. Also, some new 2007 bikes are at good prices. There is also a new Burgman 400 which is beautiful if you are into scooters. It's worth stopping into the Pueblo store just to look at the Victory Vision. Gary Thaller"
Gary , Pueblo, CO -
"On May 26th I bought a white Burgman 650 at the Pueblo store. Thought you might be interested in this. I wrote this a few months ago for a motorcyle forum and thought I'd pass it on. It's titled: What I don't like about my Burgman 650"" When I bought my Burgman 650, I bought it because I liked it. Not because I wanted to have people say how nice it is or to be part of some motorcycling group, but because it felt good when I sat on it. Now I find I can't get out of a gas station in less than half an hour because people come over to admire it. The first question is always ""How fast does it go?"" (ans: The speed limits with me on it.) I try to find empty gas stations so I can get in and out quickly, but it never seems to work. Fortunately I don't have to stop so often as it gets 55 mpg on the interstate. 60 mpg on secondary roads. With a 4 gallon tank, I can ride a long time between fillups. It's my wife who gets all the excitement that she might run out of gas. Yesterday I was stopped first in line at a red light and a guy crossing the street walked over to admire it. He totally ignored the ""other"" bike that was stopped next to me in the other lane. I was afraid he would be stranded in the middle of a busy intersection when the light changed. Another thing I don't like is how effortlessly it cruises on the interstate. I try to keep my speed at 70 mph as that is the most efficient speed for long distance riding. But if I don't watch it closely, I find myself going 90 indicated. I'm totally against speeding, so this is a major deficiency. Since riding on the interstate is so smooth, I figured I'd go out on a very windy day and get some challenge. Even with a 26 mph steady direct crosswind, the scooter wasn't moved. Sure, I had to lean a little into the wind, but it was very comfortable. After 150 miles of this, I gave up trying to find a challenge in the wind. The comfort is another big issue. Other riders seem to hobble after only 100 miles or so. 100 miles seems like a quickie. After 300 miles with only one quick stop for gas, I feel as fresh as when I got on. Where is the satisfaction in that? Twisties are no challenge at all. The scooter handles flawlessly at the speed limits. And with the engine braking, setting the speed entering the curves is simple. You would think it would be more fun riding twisties downhill, but with the engine braking, even the steepest twisties are effortless and don't require any braking. Slow speed handling is too easy. A 20 foot U turn isn't a challenge at all. Figure 8's in 4 parking spaces are also very simple. But then, people figure it's just a scooter and it should be easy. Oh, and the acceleration...what's so good about that. Merging onto the interstate, I can pick a hole and accelerate into it with ease. No excitement wondering if I'm going to get run over. And no having to worry about what gear I'm in while looking for traffic. (Yawns.) Why is it that no other bike or car ever keeps up with me when I leave a stop light? I don't use more than about 3/4 throttle. (I don't participate in races if someone seems to want one.) The worst part is, I figured I'd be buying a few more bikes as I ""moved up."" Now there is nothing to move up to. Everything bigger would be a compromise of some sort. Why did I buy the perfect ride as my second scooter? (The first is a Yamaha Majesty.) Now the only way to get a new one is to wear it out. But the dealer says that is impossible. I intend to prove him wrong after I get the 5 year unlimited mileage warranty. Some people complain the windscreen isn't big enough, but this is a problem that just disappears with time. With a full face helmet I don't notice the little bit of wind. On another board, I see people having fun working on their bikes fixing little problems that come along. They get to ask all sorts of advice about how to fix their carburetor, etc. None of that with the Burgman 650. Nothing has broken yet in almost 9,000 miles. (updated to 13,500 miles) The only problem I've had is a persistent whine: ""Honey, are you going riding again?"" Perfection is so boring...I have to wear a dark visor so people don't see me grinning all the time. PS: If a white Burgman 650 somewhere around the western United states with a rider wearing leather and a yellow vest, that's probably me. The country looks small now. I'm planning a ride to Cincinatti in March, and one to Washington, then down through part of California, and back east on Hw 50 in June. Last summer, I rode up through Wyoming, through Yellowstone Park and into Montana. Then west to Idaho, down through Utah, and then into Colorado. It's a great touring machine. My only complaint is I fit everything I needed under the seat. (Did I mention it has a big trunk?) I tied a small bag to the back of the seat so I would look like I was touring. "I was refered to RMCP by a friend after I was considering doing my purchase at another Colorado dealer. The moment I walked in the door I was greated by my salesman and dicussed the purchase I was planning to make elsewhere. Within 5 minutes, the salesman told me that they would price match and i would be able to take delivery imedaitely. This was quite a shock since I was under the impression that I was going to have to wait 3 days for assembly and delivery from the other places. Overall I had a great buying experience and will do so again! Thanks, Aaron "

My compliments to the tech that installed the Jardine exhaust and the hypercharger on my 650 VStar. The bike runs fantastic. I know that this change can be difficult to get right. This has made a great bike even better. Jerry Ralston

"Shopped for a Harley first. Just didn't have Harley money....they sure do think highly of themselves. Came by in hopes that an old neighbor still worked for your company in sales....and he did. I worked with Drew Matlea. Knowing Drew made shopping for a bike that much easier. Not only did Drew steer me to the right bike for my needs as a rider....but also for my finances. The experience was GREAT and definitely hassle free. Once I got to financing, Renee Morford was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. The whole experience working with Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza was one I sincerely appreciated. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. I will have NO reservations in referring friends and family to contact Drew and your company. THanks...you can now consider me a loyal customer."
